Now that you possess the map, follow its clues! Descend from the lighthouse and head north along the river. You'll find a broken bridge northeast of the Old Pargrun Wall and the Western Pargrun Wall Beacon fast travel point. Continue to the southern end of the bridge and swim down to the riverbed. Swim west to discover a cave. Inside, you'll find a chest containing the Wind and Wave shield.
