The Emergence mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is a pivotal point in the campaign, marking a significant departure from the series' typical gameplay. This guide provides a detailed walkthrough to help you conquer this challenging mission.
Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility
The mission begins with Case and Marshall navigating a toxic gas-filled facility. An elevator malfunction leads to a gas mask failure and subsequent hallucinations. After the initial cutscene, you'll need to find a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to break it open. Proceed through the hallway and up the stairs to an elevator in the main hall.
The Security Desk and Director's Cards
Activating the elevator triggers a zombie encounter (hallucination). Defeat them with your hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four color-coded director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll initially receive a map to the Yellow card.
Locating the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook
Follow the map from the security console to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access" and "Lift"). More zombies will appear in the A.C.R. room. A mannequin holding the Yellow card will transform into an abomination. Before engaging it, collect armor plates, weapons, and crucially, the grappling hook.
Use tactical explosives (C4 or grenades) to quickly eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card.
Obtaining the Green Card
Use the grappling hook to reach higher levels from the A.C.R. room. Next, acquire the Green Card in the Administration Facility. Grapple to the Administration Facility from the security desk. Answer the ringing phone. You need to find four documents and place them in the file display area.
Manequin "enemies" will appear; sprint to maintain distance while collecting the documents (one on a corner desk, one near a round table, one on a central table, and one in the cafe). After placing the documents, grapple the attacking red mannequin repeatedly to transform it into a Mangler Zombie and obtain the Green Card.
Acquiring the Blue Card
Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone, then locate the glass chamber with camera stands. Interacting with the Blue Card spawns a Mimic. Shoot moving objects to lure and eliminate the Mimic, then collect the Blue Card.
Securing the Red Card
Head to the East Wing, following the red carpets to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through the red tunnel, climb the ladders, and eliminate zombies. Unlock a door using a blacklight-revealed code, then activate a timer and turn all drain switches within 25 seconds.
After draining the water, follow the Mangler's path, fight it and its horde, and claim the Red Card.
Confronting the Disciple
Return to the security desk, insert all four cards, and take the elevator. Fight off zombies on the top floor. Answer the red phone, engage the horde and the Disciple in the BioTech room. The subsequent cinematic reveals the entire sequence as a hallucination, concluding the mission.
