How to Locate the Garbage Journalist Cache in the Maze
To find this stash, travel northwest from the Slag Heap towards the car maze. While the maze has multiple entrances, use the main entrance as indicated on the map (map image would be inserted here).
Once inside, proceed to the right until you reach a wrecked bus on its side. Look to your left; you'll see another bus with a blue exterior. Climb onto this bus to locate the stash. Descend on the opposite side and open the stash to obtain the Tourist Suit Body Armor.
Is the Tourist Suit Armor Worthwhile?
The Tourist Suit is a valuable piece of armor, especially in the early to mid-game of Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl. It offers solid protection against thermal, electrical, and chemical hazards. Its key strengths are its superior radiation and physical damage resistance, making it highly effective against various threats.
Beyond its defensive capabilities, it also boosts stamina regeneration by 5%. Given the significant amount of travel in Stalker 2, this stamina regeneration bonus is a considerable advantage, allowing for extended exploration.

While Lens at Zalissya cannot upgrade it, Diode at the Slag Heap possesses the necessary expertise.
