Mastering Effort Value (EV) Training for Attack in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet
Whether aiming for five- and six-star Tera Raid victories or conquering the ranked ladder in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, optimal stat distribution is paramount. Best Places to Farm Attack EV
Pokémon Center Area – North Province (Area Two)

A community favorite, this northeastern area (near Team Star's Fighting Crew base) boasts numerous Pokémon yielding pure Attack EVs: Lokix, Scyther, Bisharp, Heracross, Dratini, and Ursaring. Note that some, like Falinks, offer mixed EV gains. Consistent battles are key for maximizing Attack EVs.
Eastern Edge of Porto Marinada

For precise EV control, the eastern outskirts of Porto Marinada, with its Paldean Tauros herds, excel. Each Tauros yields 2 EVs; with a Power Bracer, this jumps to 10, enabling quick accumulation and precise EV adjustments by removing the item afterward.
Utilizing the Power Bracer for EV Training
The Power Bracer, purchased at Delibird Presents (Mesagoza, Levincia, and Cascarrafa) for 10,000 Pokédollars, provides an +8 Attack EV bonus per defeated Pokémon. This dramatically accelerates training.

Flamigo

Common near lakes and swamps, Flamigo appear at various levels, suitable for even low-level teams. Southeastern South Province lakes (near Grasswither Shrine) and Casseroya Watchtower No. 1 (south of Casseroya Lake) offer good hunting grounds, particularly during "Encounter Power: Fighting" events. Note that Casseroya Lake Flamigo are level 50. Avoid level 9-20 Pokémon with the "Detect" ability.
Paldean Tauros

Found in central-western and central-eastern regions, Paldean Tauros usually appear in groups of five. Hunting south of Levincia is recommended. While some possess "Intimidate," they remain excellent mid-level targets. Crucially, they yield 2 Attack EVs (unlike the standard Tauros).

Both Flamigo and Paldean Tauros are excellent choices, often found in groups, yielding 2 base Attack EVs (10 with a Power Bracer). Only 26 battles are needed to reach the 252 EV cap per stat. The "Tropical Sandwich" (Every Wich Way) provides the "Encounter Power: Fighting Lv. 1" bonus, increasing encounter rates. Kelpsy Berries reduce EVs by 10, allowing for precise EV adjustment.
