Exclusive Emotes Are Up for Grabs as Squad Busters Bids Farewell to Win Streaks

Squad Busters is ditching win streaks! Get ready for major changes coming soon. The endless climb for extra rewards is over. But what's happening, and why?

Why the Change and When?

Squad Busters is removing win streaks because, instead of fostering a sense of accomplishment, the system created unnecessary pressure and frustration for many players.

The win streak feature will be removed on December 16th. However, your highest win streak will remain on your profile as a memento.

To compensate for the removal, players who reached certain win streak milestones (0-9, 10, 25, 50, and 100) before December 16th will receive exclusive emotes.

Unfortunately, there will be no refunds for coins spent on win streaks. The developers explain that this is to maintain game balance between free-to-play and paying players.

Player Reaction

The decision to remove win streaks has received mixed reactions. Some players welcome the change, hoping for a less pay-to-win environment. Others are less enthusiastic, particularly about the perceived inadequacy of the compensation.
