Among the most captivating additions are the Oni Masks—unique items exclusive to this season, each bestowing a mystical ability perfect for offense or defense. All Oni Masks & How To Use Them
Void Oni Mask
The Void Oni Mask is a top choice, excelling as a mobility tool. Use the Shoot Button to throw a Void Tear; then, while the mask is equipped, use the Aim Button to teleport to its location. The Epic variant offers 15 uses with a 5-second cooldown, while the Mythic version boasts 50 uses.
Fire Oni Mask
In contrast to the Void Oni Mask, the Fire Oni Mask prioritizes damage. Press the Fire Button to launch a guided flame projectile dealing 100 damage. Multiple enemies clustered together can be hit simultaneously. The Epic variant has 8 uses with an 8-second cooldown; the Mythic version offers 16 uses.
How To Get Oni Masks in Fortnite
Searching Elemental Chests
Elemental Chests provide the most straightforward method, guaranteeing an elemental item (including Oni Masks and Boons). Both Void and Fire Oni Masks can be found this way, though it involves an element of chance. Named POIs offer the highest probability of finding these chests.
Defeating Demon Warriors
Demon Warriors, marked by an Oni Mask icon on the map, can also drop Oni Masks (either Void or Fire, depending on what they wield). They may also drop Typhoon Blades and Boons.
Searching Chests
Standard chests offer a chance (albeit a smaller one) to acquire Epic rarity Void and Fire Oni Masks.
Purchase From Daigon
For a guaranteed acquisition, visit Daigo at Masked Meadows. After completing his Mask Expertise Quests, you can purchase both Oni Masks using Gold Bars.
Loot From Daigon's Hidden Workshop
Alternatively, bypass the quests entirely! Daigo's hidden workshop (beneath the north side building of Masked Meadows) contains a machine dispensing both Oni Masks. Loot it like a regular chest for a guaranteed reward.
Defeating Bosses (Mythic Oni Masks Only)
To obtain Mythic Oni Masks, defeat bosses: Night Rose (Demon's Dojo) drops the Mythic Void Oni Mask, while Shogun X (Shogun's Arena) drops the Mythic Fire Oni Mask. These function identically to their Epic counterparts but have more uses.
