Freedom Wars Reborn: Essential Cell Garden Guide for Optimization

Quick Links

Early in Freedom Wars Remastered's main storyline, you'll need to locate the Cell Garden within your Panopticon. Once found, it becomes a valuable resource-farming location, offering a safer alternative to standard operations. While multiple Cell Gardens exist, accessing them follows a consistent pattern regardless of level. This guide explains how to find and utilize any Cell Garden effectively.

Where To Find Cell Garden Entrances in Freedom Wars Remastered

Mattias's request to investigate a ghost girl story initiates your Cell Garden search. Begin in Level 2's main cell block (2-A000). In the block's left corner, you'll find a small room resembling an elevator. Interacting with it transports you to 2-E165 (Enzo's location).

From 2-E165, follow the right-hand wall to another small room containing a device leading to 2-G100. Repeat this process; the far room in 2-G100 houses the device that finally unlocks the Cell Garden.

This pathway remains consistent across all levels. Acquiring the Quick-Travel Entitlement significantly reduces travel time. Post-main-quest completion, access to any Cell Garden becomes unrestricted, though a specific Entitlement offers considerable advantages.

Each device leading to the next area or the Cell Garden is clearly marked with a blue door icon.

How the Cell Garden Functions in Freedom Wars Remastered

The initial Cell Garden story mission differs from subsequent uses. Here's the standard Cell Garden experience:

  • A one-minute time limit applies before expulsion.
  • The room's layout changes with each visit.
  • Eight resources, represented by small green orbs, are scattered throughout.

The Window on Liberty sells Entitlements to extend your Cell Garden stay. Some layouts present puzzles, making longer durations beneficial. The first upgrade, granting a two-minute limit, becomes available at CODE level 3.
