Following the successful Helldivers 2 crossover with the Killzone franchise, speculation is mounting regarding a potential collaboration with another iconic universe: Warhammer 40,000. While some doubt Games Workshop's willingness to participate, Arrowhead Studios head Shams Jorjani stated:
"I can say that GW would love a crossover, we're big fans of [Warhammer] 40k ourselves."
This statement has fueled fan hopes for a Warhammer 40,000 crossover in Helldivers 2.
Helldivers 2's premium content now focuses on carefully selected partnerships, exemplified by the Killzone 2 collaboration. The developers have confirmed that such crossovers will be infrequent, only occurring when they organically enhance the game's existing world.
The Killzone partnership also includes a community challenge tied to Galactic War, offering players the chance to earn additional Killzone-themed rewards based on overall team performance.
