Autumn brings a chilling new hunt to Monster Hunter Now: Season 3, Curse of the Wandering Flames, arrives September 12th, 2024, at 12 AM (UTC).
What's New in Monster Hunter Now Season 3?
Get ready for some intense battles! Season 3 introduces formidable new monsters: Magnamalo, Rajang, and Aknosom. If you've already conquered them in urgent quests, you'll encounter these powerful beasts roaming the wild. Rajang might even appear in Hunt-a-thons, though don't rely on the Monster Tracker to find him – this hunt will require skill and luck!
A brand-new weapon joins the arsenal: the Heavy Bowgun. This ranged powerhouse boasts two Special Skills: Wyvernheart shots for a barrage of attacks, or the devastating Wyvernsnipe shot for precision strikes. The choice is yours, depending on your chosen Bowgun.
Finally, the highly anticipated cooking feature arrives! Craft delicious Well-Done Steaks, offering unique in-game buffs to enhance your hunting prowess. New hunter medals, equipment, and skills—like the Hellfire Cloak—add even more depth to your gameplay.
Temporary Farewell to Some Monsters
While new monsters arrive, some are taking a brief hiatus. Radobaan, Banbaro, Tzitzi-Ya-Ku, and others will be temporarily unavailable at the start of Season 3, but they'll return via urgent quests.
Limited-Time In-Game Offers
