Following a reported apology from Microsoft, Jyamma Games has revised its stance on the Xbox release of its debut title, Enotria: The Last Song. However, a concrete release date remains elusive.
Microsoft Apology and Jyamma Games' Response
Microsoft's apology to Jyamma Games follows a prolonged delay in the Xbox certification process, a delay that reportedly lasted over two months. This prompted Jyamma Games to initially postpone the Xbox release indefinitely. Jyamma CEO Jacky Greco previously expressed frustration on Discord, highlighting the lack of communication from Microsoft.
However, following Microsoft's outreach and apology, Jyamma Games expressed gratitude on Twitter (X), specifically thanking Phil Spencer and his team for their swift response. The studio also acknowledged the significant support from their player community. Jyamma Games is now actively collaborating with Microsoft to expedite the Xbox release.
