Legal Compliance:
Gringo is authorized to process traffic fines and other vehicle-related debts, accredited by the National Traffic Secretariat (SENATRAN) according to Ordinances No. 1317/2020, 658/2023, and 149/2018. This accreditation allows direct interaction with state traffic departments, state treasury departments, and other relevant bodies.
Data Sources:
Gringo collects driver and vehicle data from state agencies (DETRANs in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, etc.) and national agencies (SENATRAN), as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
