The IA'ȘI BILET application is a travel portal provided by the Iași Public Transport Company. Through the app, you can complete all necessary tasks to make using public transport more convenient.
You can purchase travel tickets using a bank card, calculate the best route for your journey, and see lines, stops, and vehicles in real time on the map.
After creating an account and linking a transport card, the user can load travel vouchers directly in the app via online card payment. You can check your card status and active travel tickets at any time.
A single account can manage multiple transport cards and handle top-ups—whether adding e-wallet funds, buying new subscriptions, or extending current ones.
Following purchase, validation, or control actions, users can view a detailed history of their transactions.
Eligible users under current legislation may apply for a subsidized profile directly in the app by uploading supporting documents. Once approved (in-app or in person), they can purchase discounted or free travel tickets through the app.
Legal entities partnered with the transport directorate can manage their card portfolios via the web portal or mobile app.
When buying a ticket, nearing its expiration, or performing other card actions, users can opt to receive notifications on their device or by email.
The app helps travelers find the fastest route from point A to point B using live vehicle locations.
You can begin your trip from your current location or another spot on the map. Choose your destination by searching an address, point of interest, station, or dropping a pin. Previously searched or favorited locations are also available.
The app shows walking time to the nearest stop, vehicle arrival time, and total trip duration.
Travelers can save frequently visited locations to a dedicated menu page or from the home screen search, making future route planning quicker and easier.
The app displays your needed vehicle in real time and notifies you when a line change is required.
View the full route of a line or just one direction on the map, and save favorite lines. You’ll be alerted if an issue with one of these could impact your journey.
On the lines page, search for a specific line and see real-time vehicle locations for a chosen direction.
Select a stop from the home screen or a line’s route to view all lines serving that stop and their arrival times. See the next three arrival times and the full schedule for all lines at that station.

The app is available in Romanian and English, based on your device’s language setting.
