Masumi Tsunoda as Naoe
Naoe, the protagonist of *Assassin’s Creed Shadows*, is a character who learns vital skills from her father to combat Oda Nobunaga’s invading forces. Her journey leads her to join the Japanese Brotherhood of Assassins, where she finds new allies to battle the malevolent forces threatening her homeland.
Masumi Tsunoda lends her voice to Naoe. While her voice-acting portfolio may be limited, Tsunoda has made notable appearances in live-action, including roles in the action thriller *Yakuza Princess* and a guest spot on *NCIS: Hawaiʻi*.
Tongayi Chirisa as Yasuke
Yasuke, a samurai initially aligned with Oda Nobunaga’s forces, soon realizes the harm his lord is causing and decides to join forces with Naoe. His combat skills prove invaluable to their cause.
Tongayi Chirisa voices Yasuke. Although his voice-acting experience is primarily known from his role as Cheetor in *Transformers: Rise of the Beasts*, Chirisa has also starred in *The Jim Gaffigan Show* and *Mr. Bones 2: Back from the Past*.

Mackenyu as Gennojo
Naoe and Yasuke need additional help to achieve their goals, and they find it in Gennojo, a thief with a penchant for alcohol. Despite lacking the combat prowess of his companions, Gennojo is eager to assist in any way he can.
Mackenyu, best known for portraying Roronora Zoro in Netflix's live-action *One Piece*, brings Gennojo to life. Mackenyu has also appeared in several prominent Japanese productions.
Hiro Kanagawa as Oda Nobunaga
Oda Nobunaga, the central antagonist of *Assassin’s Creed Shadows*, believes his aggressive expansion is for the greater good of Japan. His campaign reaches the Iga Province, where he encounters fierce resistance from the assassins.
Hiro Kanagawa provides the voice for Oda Nobunaga. With a robust resume including roles in *Shōgun*, *Smallville*, and *Legends of Tomorrow*, as well as voicing Reed Richards in *Fantastic Four: World’s Greatest Heroes*, Kanagawa brings depth to this pivotal character.
