LEGO Fortnite Odyssey's Storm King: A Guide to Defeat

The LEGO Fortnite rebranding to LEGO Fortnite Odyssey includes a challenging new boss: the Storm King. This guide details how to locate and conquer this formidable foe.

The Storm King doesn't appear until players complete several Storm Chasers update quests. These quests begin by speaking with Kayden, who reveals the location of the Storm Chaser base camp. From there, players must interact with storms (located via purple vortices on the map) to progress the questline.

The final quests involve defeating Raven and powering the Tempest Gateway. After helping the Storm Chasers, Raven's hideout will be revealed. This fight requires dodging dynamite and blocking melee attacks while using a crossbow.

Powering the Tempest Gateway requires at least 10 Eye of the Storm items, obtainable from Raven, base camp upgrades, and Storm Dungeons.

Conquering the Storm King

With the Tempest Gateway activated, the Storm King battle begins, resembling a raid boss encounter. Attack the glowing yellow weak points on his body. He becomes more aggressive after each weak point is destroyed. Exploit his stuns to inflict maximum damage with powerful melee weapons.

The Storm King uses ranged and melee attacks. A glowing mouth indicates an impending laser blast; dodge left or right. He also summons meteors and throws rocks (with predictable trajectories). A raised-hand gesture precedes a ground pound attack; move away to avoid damage. Direct hits can quickly eliminate players.

Once all weak points are destroyed, the Storm King is vulnerable. Maintain your assault, and he will fall.

This concludes the guide to defeating the Storm King in LEGO Fortnite Odyssey.

Fortnite is available on various platforms, including Meta Quest 2 and 3.
