Blizzard's Warcraft 30th Anniversary World Tour: A Global Celebration
Blizzard Entertainment is commemorating three decades of Warcraft with a worldwide tour featuring six fan conventions. These intimate gatherings, scheduled between February 22nd and May 10th, will offer fans a unique opportunity to celebrate the franchise's rich history.
The tour replaces the traditional BlizzCon event, following Blizzard's decision to skip BlizzCon in 2024 and instead participate in other events like Gamescom and launch its first digital Warcraft Direct. This new approach allows Blizzard to celebrate the numerous milestones achieved in 2024, including World of Warcraft's 20th anniversary, Hearthstone's 10th, and Warcraft Rumble's first year.
The six-city tour kicks off in London on February 22nd, followed by stops in Seoul, Toronto, Sydney, Sao Paulo, and concluding in Boston during PAX East on May 10th.
