- Blue Archive is introducing a series of major new updates to the popular RPG
- A new recruitment event welcomes two additional Students to the roster
- Players can also explore fresh story events with brand-new content
Following the recent launch of Chaos Zero Nightmare, it's clear that established gacha games aren't slowing down. Nexon’s enduring anime-inspired RPG Blue Archive has just rolled out a substantial new update just in time for the autumn season.
The centerpiece of Blue Archive’s latest chapter is the new main story, titled "Hyakkaryouran - To You, Who's Trying to Bloom Alone." This update highlights the members of the Hyakkaryouran Resolution Council and their quest to locate their missing president, Ayame. The second part of the story is scheduled for release on the 28th, offering plenty of time to dive into the narrative.
For players eager to expand their team, a new recruitment event begins on October 21st. During this event, you'll have an improved chance of obtaining the two new Students introduced in this update.

Exploring the archives
First up is Nagusa, a Sonic-type Student who deals damage to a single enemy, with the damage scaling based on the target's current HP. This ability makes her an ideal partner for top-tier characters from our Blue Archive tier list, maximizing her damage output.
Niya, another Sonic-type Student, reduces the defense of enemies within a circular area around her and inflicts damage depending on the number of affected foes. Be sure to participate soon—the event concludes on November 3rd US time and November 4th at 1:59 UTC.
