While the Japanese locals are immersed in the beauty of the Sakura season, Carmen dives into a new case at the Free FestiVILE event. This limited-time event runs from April 7th to May 4th, offering players a unique experience.

Carmen's mission is to track down the thieves who have stolen the sacred Shinboku tree. Players will follow leads, piece together clues, and race against time to uncover the culprits behind this crime. All this while enjoying the stunning Japanese scenery, from Tokyo shrines to the iconic cherry blossoms. As a special touch, players can unlock a traditional happi coat for Carmen, adding a cultural flair to her usual red trenchcoat.
