Upon starting a new game, you'll receive notifications about the Letter and the Nameless Warrior Garb, though you won't be able to claim them right away.
The Nameless Warrior Garb becomes available at the County Castle Inn in Ji County, which you'll visit at the start of Chapter 1 after the tutorial battle. Here, you'll also receive your first Letter, rewarding you with 10,000 Gold. Later in the story, when you gain the ability to create Gems at inns, you'll receive a second Letter containing 30 Pyroxene.
