Company of Heroes debuts multiplayer skirmish mode for iOS port

Company of Heroes, Relic Entertainment's acclaimed real-time strategy (RTS) game, ported to mobile by Feral Interactive, is finally getting multiplayer! A recent iOS beta introduces the highly anticipated skirmish mode. Prepare for intense battles as you command factions inspired by World War II's iconic militaries.

While Relic Entertainment is known for the Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War series, many cherish their World War II RTS classic, Company of Heroes. The original mobile release lacked multiplayer, a significant omission now rectified.

The iOS Company of Heroes page proudly announces the arrival of Online Skirmish Mode in beta. Players can now clash as the Americans, Germans, British, and Panzer Elite factions (from the Opposing Fronts expansion).

Company of Heroes masterfully blends realistic warfare with accessible RTS gameplay. It’s not simply about fielding the most expensive units; tactical mistakes can quickly lead to devastating losses. A poorly positioned infantry squad or a vulnerable tank can easily be wiped out.
