His "Puppet Show" skill targets low-HP enemies, inflicting damage and culminating in a Grand Finale that hits all enemies and applies Taint for amplified damage. Even after defeat, he transforms into a Shadow Form, continuing his puppet summoning.
Candy Apple Cookie wields a giant lollipop, crushing enemies and reducing their attack and defense. The shattering lollipop creates HP Shields for allies and boosts their attack. His shards further increase enemy damage taken, solidifying his value as a powerful ally.
The Spire of Shadows storyline introduces Confusion and Distortion mechanics, first seen in Stage 7-4. Confusion increases damage taken by the team, while simultaneously boosting Shadow Milk and Candy Apple Cookies. The Domain of Deceit effect, active on specific stages, reduces damage taken by these Cookies, adding a strategic layer to combat.
Players also embark on a journey with Pure Vanilla Cookie to the Spire of All Knowledge, uncovering memories and secrets that will shape the fate of the Cookie World. Completing this episode unlocks Bear Jelly Balloon expeditions, providing access to Yeast Ore and increased Rainbow Pearls at the Trade Harbor.
