Your destination is Lake Biwa, a vast body of water central to the region. It's highly recommended to find a boat to navigate the lake. You can procure one from the settlements of Azuchi or Omizo, or opt to swim if you're feeling adventurous.

Your target is the larger island in the center of Lake Biwa, located just northwest of Azuchi. Upon reaching this island, you'll discover Okishima, complete with a Kakurega where you can rest. The presence of drying fish near the docks suggests a haven for a certain type of animal.

To be surrounded by cats on Okishima, head northwards towards the Leap of Faith. As you ascend, you'll encounter more and more cats.
