Infiltrate The Base By Air
One method involves entering the base's airspace via helicopter or plane. Be warned: you'll immediately receive a two-star wanted level and a warning upon entry. Ignoring this will escalate your wanted level to four stars, and you'll be targeted by guided missiles. To increase your chances of survival, consider landing or parachuting into the base.
Infiltrate The Base By Land
Alternatively, you can attempt a ground assault. A fast car can be used to jump over a cliff or hill near the base. Aim to land between the outer fences without being detected.
