How to Beat All Monsters in E.R.P.O.
New monsters are continually introduced to E.R.P.O., making it essential to keep this guide bookmarked for the latest updates. Below, you'll find detailed strategies for each monster, along with general combat methods:
Melee Combat: Equip yourself with melee weapons like the Machete or Hammer, available for purchase in the shop ranging from 10k to 20k cash. These will appear in your next level, ready for you to pick up with M1 and use against monsters. Adopt a hit-and-run strategy to minimize damage, especially against ranged attackers like the Huntsman. Always carry healing packs for safety.
Grenades and Mines: These explosives, also available in the shop, can be game-changers. Pick up a Grenade with M1, remove the pin with E, and throw it or set it down to lure monsters into its blast radius. Mines require placement and patience; once a monster steps on one, it's a guaranteed hit. Both are effective against weaker and even some tougher monsters.
Monster Brawl: Use the environment to your advantage. Lure a Huntsman into shooting another monster by hiding behind it and making noise. Similarly, pull Reapers into each other during their attack animations to cause mutual damage.
Robe Guide (Ghost)

The Robe, a shadowy figure, can be deadly upon contact. Evade it by crouching and hiding, or keep it at a distance by kiting. It's best to take it down with two Grenades or Mines, as melee combat is risky due to its high damage output. Be aware that Robe teleports and accelerates toward you if you stare at its mask.
Reaper Guide

The Reaper, a doll-like creature with spinning sword arms, is less dangerous than Robe in melee combat. Kite or avoid it, as it doesn't teleport. It's vulnerable to melee attacks and can be defeated with one Grenade and a few hits. Grenades and Mines also stun it, making follow-up attacks easier.
Apex Predator Guide (Duck)

These seemingly harmless ducks turn hostile if you interact with them aggressively. Once provoked, they relentlessly pursue you, dealing low damage. Outrun them or use melee weapons to dispatch them quickly. Grenades are an overkill for these low-HP creatures.
Huntsman

The Huntsman, a blind gunman with a deadly aim, relies on sound to locate you. Stay silent by crouching and hiding beneath tables to avoid detection. Avoid melee confrontations due to its one-shot capability. Instead, strategically place Mines or throw Grenades while crouched to stun it for six seconds, providing an opportunity for a melee attack.
