Brawl Stars is set to immerse players in the whimsical world of Bikini Bottom with an exciting upcoming SpongeBob season. Imagine battling it out with SpongeBob and his friends as brawlers – it's bound to be a blast! The latest Brawl Talk has unveiled the details of this collaboration along with other updates in the upcoming patch.
When Is The Brawl Stars x SpongeBob Collab?
Mark your calendars! The event kicks off on September 5th and will splash its way through to October 2nd. Expect a full dive into the SpongeBob universe with themed skins, innovative game modes, and unique power-ups that'll make your gameplay experience even more delightful.
One of the new game modes is Jellyfishing, a thrilling 3v3 showdown where your mission is to capture jellyfish. You must hold onto them for five seconds, but beware – if an opponent takes you down, you’ll lose your catch. Another mode to look forward to is Trio Showdown, featuring 12 players split into four teams of three. Here, you can revive as long as at least one teammate remains in the fight.
Excited about new brawlers? Moe is set to join the roster on August 29th. This blind rat from the sewers is not just about digging; he also throws stones at his enemies. His Super ability allows him to hop into a custom-built digging machine and race across the map. You can grab his Monterey Moe Skin for just 29 Gems.
Following Moe, Kenji will make his debut on September 26th. This samurai-turned-sushi chef slices through enemies with finesse and alternating attack patterns. He'll be donning the Fruit Samurai skin, adding a dash of style to his lethal moves.
What About SpongeBob Brawlers?
The Brawl Stars x SpongeBob season brings a treasure trove of themed skins and introduces a special currency called Krusty Kash. You'll have the chance to play as SpongeBob El Primo, Patrick Buzz, Squidward Mortis, Sandy Jessie, Mr. Krabs Ticks, and Plankton Darryl.
The power-ups during this season are equally enticing. You can harness the power of Krabby Patties that orbit around you or unleash a Clarinet attack, inspired by Squidward’s "beautiful" music. An upgrade system is in place to enhance these power-ups further. For a detailed look, check out September’s Brawl Talk video!
To unlock these power-ups, you'll need to collect Krusty Kash. You can earn this currency by winning games with a SpongeBob modifier or by picking up the daily freebies. Make sure to download Brawl Stars from the Google Play Store and get ready for an unforgettable SpongeBob season!
