Marmalade Game Studio unleashes Exploding Kittens 2, the highly anticipated sequel to the popular card game, later today. The creators are bringing enhanced gameplay and exciting new features to this video game adaptation of the hit tabletop game and Netflix animated series.

Exploding Kittens 2 retains the beloved charm of its predecessor, boasting customizable avatars, expressive emojis, and vibrant animations that bring the cards to life. The game features a multitude of game modes, challenging players to outsmart opponents using cards like the Bear-o-dactyl while avoiding the infamous Exploding Kittens. Strategic use of Defuse and Nope cards is key, with the introduction of the "Nope Sandwich" adding a new layer of chaotic fun.
Three classic expansions—Imploding Kittens, Streaking Kittens, and Barking Kittens—return with a fresh coat of paint. A season pass grants access to these expansions at launch, with 10 more on the horizon. Players can also personalize their avatars with stylish outfits and employ quirky emojis to playfully taunt their rivals.
