The game's captivating narrative and innovative gameplay mechanics keep players deeply engaged as the stakes escalate.
The Tachyon Medal is a crucial late-game item linked to a demanding and extended JRPG side quest. Obtaining it is just the beginning, as its true significance unfolds later in the adventure. Here’s a detailed guide on how players can secure the Tachyon Medal in Fantasian Neo Dimension.
Where To Find Tachyon Medal In Fantasian Neo Dimension
The journey to the Tachyon Medal begins in Shangri-La, marking it as the final item to collect before confronting the ultimate boss. To obtain this medal, continue the main storyline until you reach Sanctum in the God Realm, accessible via the Communication Network. Inside the Mirror of Order, you'll face the God's Predator, a formidable yet conquerable boss. Be prepared for it to summon two additional enemies and use its devastating Consume attack, which siphons 90% of your health. Ensure Kina is on hand to heal the party, and equip Petrification Null gear to ease the battle.
Leo’s Fire Samidare +2 will efficiently dispatch the summoned foes, and consider including Cherryl in your party, as her Concentrate and Charge abilities can deal significant damage.
Upon defeating the boss, proceed to the Laboratory through the Balcony. Navigate through the debris-strewn area, and on your right, you'll discover a chest containing the coveted Tachyon Medal.
How To Use Tachyon Medal In Fantasian Neo Dimension
Utilizing the Tachyon Medal requires completing two specific tasks. First, you must reach the Altar in Shangri-La, and second, you need to complete the Cinderella Tri-Stars side quest. The Cinderella Tri-Stars can be encountered at eight different locations, with the initial two integrated into the main storyline:
- En New District
- Midi Toy Box - Secret Room
- Royal Capital - Main Street
- Frozen Tundra - Center
- Hidden Valley – Duet Path
- Ancient Hill – River
- Nameless Island – Depths
- Shangri-La – Fallen City
It's crucial to defeat these bosses in the sequence listed above. After vanquishing the last boss in Shangri-La, you'll gain access to three chests located just beneath the Altar. One of these chests holds the Holy Belt, which grants All Ailment Null.
Once all chests are opened, a glow will appear on the door, prompting you to use the Tachyon Medal to reverse time. If you possess the Medal, you can initiate NG+ from this point, carrying over all your levels, items, and equipment. Although enemies and bosses will be more robust in NG+, this shouldn't be a concern, especially if you've completed all side quests beforehand. By using the Tachyon Medal, you'll also unlock the Time Reverse Trophy/Achievement, setting the stage for another journey to save the Human Realm.
