Developer weltenbauer Software Entwicklung, renowned for their Construction Simulator series, in collaboration with publisher astragon, has unveiled their latest project: Firefighting Simulator: Ignite. Set to launch in Fall 2025, this new simulation game leverages the power of Unreal Engine 5 to immerse players in the challenging role of a firefighter. Available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S, players will experience the adrenaline-pumping task of rescuing trapped citizens, battling various types of fires including electrical blazes, managing flammable liquids, and tackling grease fires, backdrafts, flashovers, and explosions. The game also supports a four-player co-op mode, allowing you to team up with friends to combat these hazardous situations.
Firefighting Simulator: Ignite is designed to deliver an authentic experience with its realistic fire, smoke, and heat physics. To enhance immersion, the game features officially licensed firefighting equipment and tools from industry leaders like HAIX, Fire-Dex, and STIHL. Players will have access to a range of essential tools such as fire hoses, saws, Halligan tools, axes, and extinguishers, along with personal protective equipment.
