⚫︎ Exciting news from Bad Guitar Studio: FragPunk is set to launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on April 29! After its initial release on PC via Steam on March 6, the console versions faced a delay due to last-minute optimization requirements. The much-anticipated release will feature cross-play functionality, allowing seamless gaming across all platforms.

⚫︎ On March 18, FragPunk introduced a significant balance update without any server downtime. This update enhances the overall gameplay experience by increasing movement speed, optimizing footstep audio effects, and balancing weapons and Lancer abilities. In a move to bolster anti-cheat measures, the “Hide your name” option has been disabled. Additionally, several gameplay and UI bugs have been fixed to ensure a smoother gaming experience.

⚫︎ Bad Guitar, the developer behind FragPunk, announced a delay in the console release due to unforeseen technical challenges in optimization and adaptation. These issues surfaced during compliance testing for the Xbox and PlayStation versions, leading to a postponement to guarantee a uniform experience across all platforms. To make up for the delay, console players will be rewarded with in-game currencies, cosmetics, and experience boosts upon the game's launch on consoles.
