Alongside the festival, Version 5.4 introduces a new five-star character, Yumemizuki Mizuki. This Anemo Catalyst user is not only a clinical psychologist but also a major shareholder of the Aisa Bathhouse. With a range of impressive skills, Mizuki is a valuable addition to any team. She'll make her debut in the first half of the Event Wishes for 5.4, alongside a rerun for Sigewinne. The second half will feature reruns for Furina and Wriothesley. If you miss her initial run, don't worry—Mizuki will also be added to the Standard Wish Banner following the Version 5.5 update.
