Fans of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor were thrilled to see new figures in this latest wave of Star Wars toys. Nightsister Merrin now has her own figure, and series protagonist Cal Kestis is part of a three-pack alongside Turgle and Skoova Stev. Notably, Cal's figure includes multiple interchangeable heads, featuring a standout handlebar mustache. Jing Houle shared that this look was a key focus for the release, emphasizing fun and variety.

"We wanted to inject some fun into this," Houle told IGN. "This is one of my favorite sets from the panel. We started with the handlebar mustache and mullet, then added a clean-cut look and a short beard. The handlebar mustache is the primary look we aimed for—it's just so much fun."

Merrin's inclusion was a natural choice, given her pivotal role in the Fallen Order/Survivor narrative. Chris Reiff highlighted the challenge of capturing her unique Force abilities, stating, "Cal wouldn't be complete without Merrin. We're thrilled to finally feature her, but capturing that green Force blast and the intricate details of her new costume and face tattoos was a challenge. We used inkjet for those tattoos to achieve a subtle yet beautiful effect. She's a beloved character, and we know fans are deeply invested in her story."

This year's lineup also includes refreshed versions of Han Solo and Chewbacca. Despite numerous iterations over the years, Houle insists there's still room for innovation. "It's been a while since we revisited them," Houle explained. "We've updated them with new tools, incorporating the latest articulation technology. Fans can now enjoy these classic characters with enhanced movement and detail. We've learned a lot from our previous Wookiee figures, especially regarding the long hair, using softer plastics to allow seamless head movement. For Han, we've added articulation to the top of the boot, preserving the iconic red stripes on his thigh."

Among the most striking figures is The Ronin, inspired by the Star Wars: Visions anime series. This Celebration-exclusive release is predominantly black-and-white, with the only splash of color coming from his red katana lightsaber. Houle and Reiff emphasized the importance of capturing the essence of the character through meticulous detail. "We stayed true to the original concept," Houle said. "We drew inspiration from Japanese culture, focusing on premium packaging with magnets, clean design, and hidden accessories. The watercoloring and the Japanese language packaging add a special touch, reflecting our location in Japan."

Reiff added, "For this exclusive, we incorporated Japanese language packaging, which is unusual for us but felt right given our setting in Japan. We wanted to create a truly special package."

Finally, Hasbro unveiled a stunning addition to the 1:1 scale Black Series helmet line: the Death Trooper helmet. "This is a completely new tooled helmet for our Black Series Premium roleplay line," Reiff said. "It's incredibly detailed, mimicking the movie version with weathering and lighting effects. You can control the chin and spectre sensor lights with a button. We worked closely with Lucasfilm to ensure accuracy, using original files and adding a detailed interior, which the real helmets never had."
