The White Wolf is back for his final chapter. Production for the fifth and last season of *The Witcher* is currently in full swing, and fans are getting their first glimpse of Liam Hemsworth stepping into the iconic role of Geralt de Rivia. Recently leaked set photos, available on the fan-favorite Witcher site Redanian Intelligence, showcase the *Hunger Games* star fully transformed into the character, complete with the signature long blonde hair. Alongside Hemsworth, familiar faces like Meng'er Zhang as Milva and Joey Batey as Jaskier, who have been part of the series since Henry Cavill led the show, are also seen in costume. Hemsworth was officially announced as Cavill's replacement for Season 4 and the final Season 5 back in October 2022.

In addition to the returning cast, set images have revealed new characters set to debut in Season 4 and continue into the final season, including the legendary actor Laurence Fishburne, known for his role in *Morbius*, who will be portraying Emiel Reigs. These leaked photos suggest that Season 5 might draw inspiration from Andrzej Sapkowski's *Tower of the Swallow*, particularly the part where Geralt encounters beekeepers who guide him towards druids. However, with Season 4 still pending release, the narrative could take any number of turns before fans can fully piece together the storyline for the final season.
Henry Cavill isn't the only cast member to depart the series; Kim Bodnia, who played Geralt's mentor and father figure Vesemir, will also not return for Season 4 due to scheduling conflicts. Netflix has yet to announce Bodnia's replacement or provide an official release date for Season 4, leaving fans eager for more details as they await the continuation and conclusion of this epic saga.
