This character, last seen in the opening scenes of Iron Man in 2008, will make a comeback in Vision Quest, which follows Paul Bettany's White Vision post-WandaVision. Initially portrayed as the head of a generic terrorist group, Raza's backstory was later expanded in Phase 4 of the MCU. His group was revealed to be part of the Ten Rings, a significant organization further explored in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings in 2021. This connection suggests that Raza might have been retroactively established as a commander within the Ten Rings, potentially linking Vision Quest to the broader narrative of the MCU.
