Starting off is easy; you just need to be born male. You can start a new life randomly, continue with an existing male character, or create a custom life and select male as your gender. The location isn't crucial, but if you have the Jobs and Crime packs, choosing the Crime Special Talent can help with the final task, increasing your chances of success and reducing the risk of jail time.
Work as a Mail Carrier for 15+ Years

Once you've grown up and avoided legal troubles, look for the Mail Carrier job in the full-time job listings after high school graduation. If it's not available, take any job to keep the money coming in and check back after aging up until you find it. It might take a few tries, but once you're a mail carrier, stick with it for at least 15 years, which you can monitor through the challenge tracker at the top of your screen.
Hook Up with 5+ Mothers and Have 3+ Children with Flings
You can tackle these tasks simultaneously. Navigate to Activities > Love > Hook Up and agree to any hook-up options. Since you won't know if your hook-up has kids, keep hooking up with different women over several years to increase your chances of meeting the requirement.
To increase the likelihood of having children with flings, opt not to use a condom during these encounters. Be aware that this also raises your risk of contracting an STD, which you can treat by visiting a doctor or, if you're lucky, through prayer. Continue hooking up until you complete both tasks, and you might even earn the Lustful Ribbon along the way.
