Locating the Elusive Carrots
The Glitching Carrot puzzle appears in MiSide's "Reading Books, Destroying Glitches" chapter, starting with Player One's arrival at Mila's game world. After the initial dialogue, you'll navigate rooms to resolve glitches resembling floating black holes.
During this process, a peculiar carrot will appear, vanishing and reappearing in different locations, increasing in size with each teleport. The goal is to find all its spawn points. Completing this unlocks the Carrot achievement.
