NCSOFT Opens Pre-Registration For Hoyeon, A Prequel To Blade & Soul

NCSOFT expands the Blade & Soul universe with Hoyeon, a new fantasy title available for pre-registration on Android in select Asian regions. Players in Japan, Taiwan, Macau, Hong Kong, and South Korea can pre-register now.

What is Hoyeon?

Hoyeon is set three years prior to the events of Blade & Soul. Players assume the role of Yuki, the last Goenmon sect successor, tasked with rebuilding his clan. The game boasts a compelling narrative filled with adventure and challenges.

Featuring a diverse roster of over 60 characters, each with unique fighting styles and backstories, Hoyeon offers direct hero control. Players can unlock exclusive costumes and special moves as their heroes progress.

The game emphasizes deep, turn-based combat with teams of five heroes. Strategic hero selection and team composition are crucial for overcoming challenges, including cooperative boss battles with friends.

Hoyeon boasts stunning and charming visuals, showcasing vibrant worlds and intense, visually impressive battles.
