The game unfolds in the sprawling metropolis of Hethereau, a city brimming with oddities. From peculiar trees and unusual citizens to unexpected encounters (like an otter wearing a TV for a head!), Hethereau's strangeness intensifies after dark, with graffiti-covered skateboards taking over the streets. You and your friends, wielding Esper Abilities, must unravel the city's mysteries and confront inexplicable Anomalies threatening its existence. Succeed, and you might just find a place in this unique urban environment.
