Parallel Experiment, the cooperative puzzle game from Eleven Puzzles, is getting a new release date. Initially slated for a March Steam launch, the game will now arrive on June 5th, simultaneously on Steam, Android, and iOS. This delay allows for the inclusion of all planned features, including optional puzzles and additional mechanics, originally considered for cut to meet the earlier deadline. Cross-play functionality will be available at launch.
Step into the shoes of detectives Ally and Old Dog as you unravel the mysteries of a twisted experiment orchestrated by the Cryptic Killer. Solve over 80 interconnected puzzles, requiring teamwork and communication to progress. Expect a diverse range of challenges, from deciphering codes and manipulating water flows to hacking computers and even dealing with a less-than-sober individual. The game's noir-inspired setting and comic book art style create a captivating and immersive experience.
Beyond the core puzzle-solving, Parallel Experiment offers retro-style mini-games like darts, claw machines, and match-three puzzles, all with a cooperative twist. Interactive dialogues with dynamically responding NPCs add depth to the narrative, and mischievous players can even annoy their partner with in-game pranks, from window-knocking to screen-shaking and questionable notebook doodles.
With five times the content of Eleven Puzzles' previous game, Parallel Experiment promises a significantly enhanced cooperative gameplay experience. It launches June 5th on Steam, Android, and iOS. Visit the Steam page for more details.
