AnswerSee ResultsIt's important to note that Sony will discontinue PS4 games from its PlayStation Plus Essentials monthly games and Game Catalog starting January 2026, focusing solely on PS5 titles. While this change will not affect previously obtained games, Game Catalog titles will only be playable until they are removed from the catalog during the monthly refresh. Sony stated they will continue to evolve PlayStation Plus, focusing on enhancing benefits such as exclusive discounts, online multiplayer, and cloud saves. Going forward, the focus will be on adding new PS5 titles monthly.
