Get ready for epic battles in Pokémon GO! Gigantamax Pokémon are making their debut, and these colossal creatures require teamwork to defeat. Prepare for intense cooperative gameplay, as you'll need a squad of 10 to 40 Trainers to take them down. The GO Wild Area event is also on the horizon, bringing exciting new challenges.
GO Wild Area Event: Toxtricity's Arrival
This GO Wild Area event introduces Toxtricity, the Punk Pokémon. You can catch both its standard and Dynamax forms by participating in Max Battles. Completing these battles as part of a team will potentially reward you with a Toxtricity encounter via Special Research.
Gigantamax Pokémon: Size and Strategy
Gigantamax Pokémon aren't just big; they're dramatically different in appearance. To conquer these giants, you'll need to assemble a team of up to 40 Trainers. Strategic planning, coordination, and plenty of Max Particles will be essential for success. Max Particles are crucial for powering up your Pokémon's Max Moves, including the unique G-Max Moves exclusive to each Gigantamax species.

Familiar Dynamax Pokémon and New Power Spots
You're already familiar with Dynamax Pokémon in Pokémon GO – those towering red-glowing giants surrounded by swirling clouds. Trainers level 13 and up can unlock the "To the Max!" Special Research, leading them directly to these powerful Pokémon.
Power Spots, the locations of Max Battles, will appear dynamically across the map. Their locations will change, encouraging exploration to find them.
