The Pokémon Company, in partnership with the esteemed Japanese comic publisher Shogakukan, is thrilled to announce the release of an official encyclopedia dedicated to the behaviors and ecology of Pokémon. Shogakukan shared the exciting news on their website on April 21, revealing that Pokécology will hit the shelves in Japan on June 18, 2025.
Pre-orders are now open at bookstores across Japan, with the book priced at an affordable 1,430 yen (tax included). While there are no official announcements yet about a global release, given the immense popularity of Pokémon around the world, fans can anticipate an English edition to become available in the near future.
