If you're like me and find a good night's sleep hard to come by due to the changing seasons or the endless cycle of games to play, then Pokémon Sleep's "Good Sleep Day" event might be just what you need. Scheduled once a month for three consecutive days, this special event coincides with the full moon, offering a much-needed boost to your Drowsy Power and enhancing your Pokémon sleep style research.
The next Good Sleep Day event is set to start on March 13th and will run until March 16th, affecting all regions. During this period, you'll have a higher chance of encountering new Pokémon sleep styles you haven't seen before. The highlight of the event occurs on the full moon night—Day 2—where you can enjoy Drowsy Power ×2, Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP ×3, and a bonus of 1,000 sleep points. Days 1 and 3 will still be rewarding, with Drowsy Power ×1.5, Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP ×2, and 500 bonus sleep points.
Throughout the event, you'll also notice an increased appearance rate of Clefairy, Clefable, and Cleffa, making it the perfect opportunity to catch some extra zzz's and add these Pokémon to your research.
Did you know you can also add Friends in Pokémon Sleep? It's not just about virtual pocket monsters; it's about connecting with others too!
If you're excited to dive into the fun, you can download Pokémon Sleep for free from the App Store and Google Play, though it does include in-app purchases. To stay in the loop with all the latest updates, follow the official Twitter page, visit the official website for more information, or watch the embedded clip above to get a sense of the event's atmosphere and visuals.
