Shiny Keldeo and Meltan are now available in Pokémon Home (version 3.2.2 and later), but obtaining them requires completing specific tasks. Unlocking Shiny Meltan in Pokémon Home
Similar to Keldeo, acquiring Shiny Meltan necessitates completing the Kanto Pokédex in Pokémon Home, using Pokémon from Let's Go Pikachu & Eevee. These Pokémon must display the Let's Go marker (a Pikachu silhouette above their stats).
Upon completion, claim Shiny Meltan through the Mystery Gift option. Like Keldeo, there's no deadline for claiming Shiny Meltan.
