Flat2VR Studios has unveiled a virtual reality version of Postal 2, the legendary and notoriously outrageous shooter that debuted 22 years ago. The project was revealed through an initial trailer, highlighting the game's signature humor and frenetic action.
In the trailer, players see the Dude collecting signatures to rally support for Postal 2 VR. Developers have outlined several key enhancements, such as a VR-optimized shooting system built for motion controllers, a redesigned user interface, and a modernized mini-map.
A dedicated Steam page for Postal 2: VR is now available. It includes screenshots, technical specifications, and further information. PC players will need Windows 10 or newer, an Intel Core i5-4590 or AMD Ryzen 5 1500X processor, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 or AMD Radeon R9 290 graphics card, and 8 GB of memory. Although Russian voice dubs are not included, the game will support subtitles.
Despite these updates, the game stays faithful to the original experience. Players are still given everyday tasks—such as picking up groceries or returning library books—but can choose to ignore them and unleash pure chaos at any moment.
Postal 2 VR will launch on SteamVR, PlayStation VR2, Quest 2, and Quest 3.
