Reviver: First Butterfly sees the time-based narrative game finally arrive on iOS

Reviver, the charming indie title we previewed in October, is finally fluttering onto iOS and Android devices! Initially slated for a Winter 2024 release, Reviver: Butterfly (iOS and Android) will now grace our screens on January 17th. It seems a slight naming convention shift has resulted in two app releases—Reviver: Butterfly and Reviver: Premium—both appearing to be the same game.

In Reviver, you subtly guide the destinies of two lovers, subtly influencing their lives to bring them together. Experience their journey from youth to old age, witnessing the ripple effects of your interventions. The game’s wholesome premise, focusing on the unseen connection between the protagonists, offers a unique and engaging narrative experience.

The somewhat unfortunate naming situation, a common hurdle for indie developers, caused a slight delay in our coverage. However, we're thrilled to finally announce its arrival! The iOS app store listing reveals a free prologue, allowing potential players to sample the gameplay before committing. Interestingly, mobile players will get to experience Reviver before its official Steam release!
