Electronic Arts recently hosted an exciting livestream to get players ready for the 25th anniversary celebration of The Sims series. The event was packed with announcements about the special gifts and events planned for The Sims 4 community during this festive period.
Preparations are already in full swing. A new update has been rolled out, addressing numerous bugs, refreshing the main menu's design, and boosting the game's optimization. The developers have also given a makeover to several iconic homes in Willow Creek and Oasis Springs. These updated versions will be available right from the start in new games, while players with existing saves can access them via the library.

The main festivities will commence on February 4. The Sims 4 is set to receive an exciting update, featuring over 70 new free items! Simultaneously, the "Blast from the Past" in-game event will kick off, allowing players to unlock retro-style items and assemble a new collection by completing a series of straightforward missions.
Moreover, starting February 6, a new season called Motherlode will launch in The Sims 4. While the specifics of this season are still a mystery, anticipation is high among the player community.
