With the highly anticipated release of Sonic the Hedgehog 3 just around the corner, Sega is treating fans to a wave of exciting updates across its popular Sonic mobile game lineup. From Apple Arcade's Sonic Dream Team to Sonic Dash and Sonic Forces (available on the App Store and Google Play), these updates deliver fresh content inspired by the upcoming film.
First up, Sonic Forces receives a major update on December 12th, introducing a brand-new Metro-city Zone. This thrilling addition features three challenging tracks where players can race as Movie Shadow, Movie Sonic, and other familiar characters. Experience the movie's action firsthand before heading to the theater!
Next, on December 18th, Sonic Dream Team gets a boost with the addition of Shadow as a playable character, boasting a unique skill set. Unlock Shadow by tackling Tails’ Challenges. Master Shadow's Chaos Control and Chaos Shift abilities to manipulate time, freezing enemies and the environment to conquer objectives.
This update also expands gameplay for all characters with new powers like Quick Grind and Perfect Boost.
