Prismatic Shard Locations

Several locations offer a chance to find a Prismatic Shard, although the odds vary:

• Mines (Bottom): Monsters have a 0.05% chance of dropping one.
• Fish Ponds (Rainbow Trout): A 0.09% chance exists within the chum bucket of a pond with at least 9 Rainbow Trout.
• Skull Cavern: Serpents, Mummies (0.1%), Wilderness Golems, and Iridium Golems (after Combat Level 10) have a 0.1% chance to drop one.
• Omni Geode/Mystery Box: A 0.4% chance of finding one inside.
• Golden Mystery Box: A 0.79% chance of finding one inside.
• Iridium Nodes: A 3.5% chance to drop from Iridium Nodes in Skull Cavern, the Volcano Dungeon, or the Quarry.
• Treasure Chests (Skull Cavern): Approximately a 3.8% chance.
• Mystic Nodes: A 25% chance to drop from these dark blue, curlicue-patterned stones in Skull Cavern, the Quarry, or Mines (level 100+).
• Meteorites: A 25% chance to drop from a meteorite landing on your farm.
• Volcano Dungeon (First Completion): One is found in a chest upon first reaching the end.
• Desert Festival (Emily's Stall): Emily sells one for 500 Calico Eggs (occasionally).
