The Quest for the Runekeys:
The journey to obtain Thrayir requires collecting five distinct Runekeys:

Whirling Runekey: This key is dropped by the rare spawn, Ksvir the Forgotten, located in the southernmost chamber of the Forgotten Vault. Ksvir only appears during a Storm event.

Torrential Runekey: Gather seven Torrential Fragments from any enemy on Siren's Isle while a Storm is active.

Thunderous Runekey: Collect five Thunderous Fragments from chests scattered across Siren's Isle. Unlike the other fragments, these can be found regardless of the weather phase.

Cyclonic Runekey: This key is obtained either through fishing anywhere on Siren's Isle during a Storm, or as a possible drop from Zek'ul the Shipbreaker in the Deadfin Mire.

Turbulent Runekey: Locate three Turbulent Fragments in these specific locations near Kul Tiran ghosts:
- Behind the abandoned inn, dig in the garden.
- Inside a cave in the Rotting Hole zone (the ghost will be cowering).
- Inside the Spirit-Scarred Cave (the ghost offers the fragment).
The Final Ritual:
Once you've gathered all five Runekeys, return to the Forgotten Vault on Siren's Isle only during the Seafury Tempest phase. Entering during any other phase will not initiate the ritual. Proceed to the eastern chamber of the vault.
Inside, you'll find Thrayir's body on a platform surrounded by five runestones. Place each Runekey into its corresponding slot. This will trigger the quest, "Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren." Complete the quest to claim your magnificent new mount!
