Unlocking Domain Expansion
Jujutsu Infinite offers two Domain types: Incomplete and Full Domain Expansion.
- Incomplete Domain: Unlocked upon completing the final story section (Level 420). Functions similarly to a Full Domain, but innate abilities lack full Area of Effect (AoE).
- Full Domain Expansion: The culmination of the Mastery path for certain Legendary and Special Grade Cursed Techniques. Located on the far right of the Innate Skills Mastery tree, requiring a Domain Shard and Mastery Level 250 in the specific technique.
Obtaining Domain Shards
Domain Shards are rare and valuable. Acquisition methods include:
- Curse Market NPC: This vendor, which refreshes periodically, occasionally sells Domain Shards for Demon Fingers and Jade Lotuses.
- Chests: A low-probability loot drop from chests; consider using luck-enhancing consumables.
- Trading: Exchange with other players.
- World Loot: Shards may appear on the map; the Item Notifier (2,699 Robux gamepass) aids in locating them.
Utilizing Domain Expansion
Domain Expansion is your ultimate attack.
- Equip: Select it via the Skills menu.
- Activate: Fill the Domain Meter by damaging enemies, then press the assigned hotkey.
Within your Domain, innate skills gain full AoE, become undodgeable, and your offensive and defensive stats receive a 50% boost. Incomplete Domains only provide the stat increase.
Domain Clashing
Simultaneous Domain Expansions trigger a minigame: a timed LMB (M1) press contest. Successful timing expands your Domain and depletes your opponent's meter.
Defending Against Domain Expansion
Several defensive options exist:
- Simple Domain (Technique Tree, 20 SP): Creates a small area within an enemy's Domain, negating its effects.
- Hollow Wicker Basket (Unlockable Technique): Negates enemy Domain effects but prevents using innate techniques.
- Heavenly Restriction (1699 Robux Gamepass): Ignores most sure-hit effects within a Domain.
