Marvel Contest of Champions is preparing for a major update, including a Summoner's Choice Champion and a Valentine's Day event. Alongside the highly anticipated winner of the fan-voted Champion, a giveaway celebrating Captain America: Brave New World is also launching.
Major Additions:
Arnim Zola, the villainous scientist who transformed himself into a robot, joins the roster on February 13th.
Joaquin Torres, the new Falcon, makes his debut on February 27th. His unique backstory, involving the Sons of the Serpent and resulting in a human-falcon hybrid, makes him a compelling addition.
From February 13th to March 30th, players can claim Captain America (Sam Wilson) and Red Hulk absolutely free! The rarity of these characters will vary based on player progression.
Summoner's Choice Champion:
Following over 1.2 million votes, Mr. Knight has been crowned the winner of the Summoner's Choice Champion poll. This enigmatic, fashion-forward hero with multiple personalities will join the Contest later this year.
Valentine's Day and Beyond:
The "Love is a Battlerealm" sale runs from February 14th to 21st.
A Brave New World login calendar, offering daily bonuses, Champions, and profile pictures, will be available from February 13th to March 30th.
The "Til Deathless Do Us Part" side quest, focusing on Captain America and Falcon's attempt to negotiate peace with the Deathless faction (Guillotine, She-Hulk, Vision, and King Groot), runs from February 5th to March 5th.
Battlegrounds Pre-Season 26 features the "True Bromance" event from February 12th to 19th, offering Crystals, Profile Pics, Emotes, and more for completing objectives.
